We, here at Search Talent Recruitment, have been instructed by the Head of HR in an outstanding global construction company to identify the top construction and energy solicitors in the country to join as in-house legal counsel, reporting to the Regional Legal Director and to the CEO.
This is a new opportunity for anyone who wants to see themselves as legal counsel to one of the largest multinationals in construction and engineering in the world.

The salary is in a range of 100-125k entirely dependent on experience and again can be discussed and negotiated based on numerous factors like PQE.

A little bit about the company: This company is a global leader in transport infrastructure construction and maintenance with the opportunity to advise on all matters regarding business support and various operational and strategic objectives across Ireland.
This includes mitigating legal risk, ensuring compliance, managing corporate legal processes, and enabling business growth via sound legal governance.
2 days from home, 3 in office.
Role and Responsibilities: The perfect person provides comprehensive legal support across corporate, commercial, procurement, construction, and compliance matters.
Responsibilities include contract drafting and negotiation, advising on high-value projects, and managing corporate governance tasks such as restructuring and regulatory compliance.
Engages with internal and external stakeholders—including senior management, external counsel, and the company legal teams—on cross-border and strategic legal issues.
Also plays a key role in risk management, delivering legal training, and supporting the implementation of compliance programs.

Essential Experience and Skills: 3+ PQE Experience Full valid driver's licence .
Solid legal experience in corporate/commercial law.
Background or experience within infrastructure, construction, or engineering sectors.
Advantageous Experience: Familiarity with procurement or insurance legal frameworks.
Experience working in multinational or matrix organisations.
