About The Role
We're seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner to support and execute full-cycle recruitment strategies across our growing operations and business functions in the ROI.
You'll be the trusted recruitment advisor for hiring managers, owning the end-to-end hiring process — from briefing and sourcing to offer and onboarding — while shaping a candidate-first, inclusive, and data-informed approach to hiring.

You'll be the trusted recruitment advisor for hiring managers, owning the end-to-end hiring process — from briefing and sourcing to offer and onboarding — while shaping a candidate-first, inclusive, and data-informed approach to hiring.

Key Responsibilities
Strategic Talent Acquisition
Own the full recruitment lifecycle: intake briefings, sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer management, and onboarding.
Partner closely with hiring managers to define hiring needs, success profiles, and job specifications.
Design and execute tailored sourcing strategies for both business and operational roles.
Manage high-volume recruitment across multiple business units and locations, ensuring scalable and consistent hiring practices
Sourcing & Candidate Engagement
Leverage diverse sourcing methods: job boards, LinkedIn, Boolean search, direct outreach, and referrals.
Build and maintain proactive talent pipelines for key and future hiring needs.
Represent Panda's (A Beauparc Company) employer brand and culture authentically in all candidate interactions.
Candidate Experience & Stakeholder Collaboration
Ensure a smooth, transparent, and engaging candidate journey from start to finish.
Act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers, providing market insights and process guidance.
Gather feedback to continuously improve recruitment effectiveness and hiring manager satisfaction.
Metrics, Systems & Compliance
Maintain accurate data in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and provide regular recruitment reports.
Monitor recruitment KPIs (e.g., time-to-hire, source effectiveness, DE&I metrics).
Ensure compliance with Irish employment legislation and data protection standards.
Use data to forecast hiring needs, identify bottlenecks, and drive continuous improvement in time-to-fill and quality-of-hire
Employer Branding & Inclusion
Support employer brand initiatives through storytelling and job ad quality.
Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion throughout all recruitment processes.
Experience
Essential
Proven experience in talent acquisition (in-house, agency, or RPO).
Expertise in sourcing, screening, and engaging candidates across multiple channels.
Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
Organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple requisitions effectively.
Knowledge of UK employment law and recruitment compliance.
Experience with diverse role types (e.g., operations, tech, commercial)
Desirable
Previous experience hiring in environmental services, logistics, or engineering sectors.
Familiarity with modern ATS tools and recruitment tech (e.g.
Eploy)
Experience contributing to employer branding or recruitment marketing.
Background in managing diversity-focused or inclusive hiring programs.
Understanding of talent analytics and reporting
