Play an instrumental role in shaping the growth and development of the team
What you'll do: Provide specialist legal support on transactional and advisory matters
Contribute to strategic planning, deal implementation, and post-merger integration
Develop both domestic and international client relationships
Collaborate with colleagues across global network of offices
Work on business development activities in a direct and meaningful way
Lead on knowledge management initiatives within the group
What you bring: ** Be admitted as a Solicitor in Ireland, England or Wales
Experience in mergers and acquisitions
Knowledge of share/asset purchase agreements
Understanding of equity fundraising
Familiarity with joint venture/shareholder arrangement
Experience in group reorganisations
Proficiency in due diligence and disclosure processes
