Recruitment Consultant (and non-practicing Solicitor) at ACHUMAN CAPITAL

We are working with an international law firm who are seeking to recruit a newly qualified Corporate Associate to join their Corporate M&A Team in Dublin.

The Role:

Our client is renowned globally for providing an exceptional standard of legal advice to its international client base. Their Dublin Corporate Team are expanding rapidly and have quickly built up a large Irish and International client base. They require a newly qualified solicitor to join their Corporate team to:

  • Assist in managing and executing high-profile corporate transactions;
  • Support M&A activities and general corporate matters;
  • Conduct legal research and draft legal documents and reports;
  • Engage in client meetings and assist with client communications;
  • Ensure compliance with all legal standards and regulations.
  • NQ Solicitor with Corporate M&A Experience in a Commercial law firm;
  • Our client will consider trainee solicitors due to qualify either in September 2025 or January 2026;
  • Excellent academic background;
  • Keen attention to detail;
  • Ability to multi-task;
  • The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic and demonstrate and a can-do attitude;
  • Ability to problem solve.
