Senior Associate – Corporate & Commercial Law Location: Dublin (Hybrid Working Available) Experience: 5+ years PQE

The Opportunity

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a talented Senior Associate to join the Corporate & Commercial team of a leading international law firm in Dublin. This firm is known for its sector focus, particularly in technology, life sciences, energy, and media, offering clients strategic legal advice across jurisdictions. As part of a high-performing and growing team, you will play a key role in advising multinational clients on complex transactions and commercial contracts, with ample opportunity for career progression.

Key Responsibilities

  • Advising on a broad range of corporate transactions, including mergers & acquisitions, joint ventures, corporate restructurings, and private equity investments.
  • Drafting, negotiating, and advising on high-value commercial agreements, including supply, distribution, outsourcing, and services contracts.
  • Supporting clients across regulated industries, with a focus on innovation, digital transformation, and IP-rich businesses.
  • Managing client relationships and taking a lead role in project management, mentoring junior team members, and contributing to business development initiatives.
  • Collaborating with colleagues in international offices on cross-border matters.

Key Requirements
  • Qualified solicitor with 5+ years' PQE gained in a top-tier or international firm.
  • Demonstrated experience in corporate M&A and/or general commercial advisory work.
  • Strong technical and drafting skills, with a commercial mindset and client-centric approach.
  • Ability to lead transactions and supervise junior team members effectively.
  • A collaborative team player who thrives in a fast-paced, international environment.
