We are currently seeking experienced Full-Time Food & Beverage Assistant to join our dynamic team.
This role is not suitable for students, as it requires availability during the school term.
Job Purpose
As a Food & Beverage Assistant, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional customer service in a vibrant, fast-paced environment.
You will be responsible for ensuring guests have an enjoyable dining and bar experience while maintaining high service standards.
Key Responsibilities
Provide friendly, efficient, and professional service to all customers.
Work effectively as part of a team to create a welcoming atmosphere.
Develop knowledge and skills through on-the-job training.
Follow company procedures and health & safety regulations.
Be available to work evenings and weekends as required.
Requirements
Minimum 2 years' experience in a high-volume bar or restaurant setting.
Strong customer service skills with a professional and friendly approach.
Ability to multi-task and work efficiently under pressure.
A passion for hospitality and delivering outstanding service.
A proactive, 'can-do' attitude with a willingness to learn and grow.
