Contracts Manager And Corporate Paralegal

Legal and Entity Management SpecialistWe are seeking a Legal and Entity Management Specialist to join our team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
Contract Management: Reviewing, drafting, and negotiating customer and procurement agreements, including non-disclosure agreements, customer compliance documents, and office lease agreements.Contract System Maintenance: Maintaining and updating the contract management system and repository.Stakeholder Support: Serving as an initial point of contact for internal stakeholders, providing legal and business counsel on various issues.Entity Management: Supporting the maintenance of corporate records and ensuring compliance for all EMEA group entities.Coordinating with external service providers for filings and statutory compliance.Assisting with the preparation and filing of board resolutions, annual returns, and other regulatory documents.Acting as a key liaison between the legal team and internal departments on legal and compliance matters.Collaborating with external counsel to manage ongoing legal issues.Providing legal input on strategic initiatives and projects.Offering compliance awareness and training related to European laws and regulations to EMEA staff.Qualifications and Experience: At least 2-3 years of experience in a law firm or in-house legal team, preferably in technology or corporate law.Bachelor's degree in law or related field; additional certifications are a plus.Experience reviewing commercial agreements, including NDAs and codes of conduct.Understanding of commercial contract clauses, risks, and mitigation strategies.Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and interact with all organizational levels.Proactive, independent worker with a sense of urgency.Fluent in English; experience with multi-jurisdictional entities is desirable.#LI-PM1
