We are currently seeking an experienced Contract Manager to join our team in County Cork, Ireland.

Job Summary

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing contracts and ensuring compliance with project procedures, schedules, and deliverables. They will work closely with the project manager and other stakeholders to ensure that all contracts are properly executed and administered.

The ideal candidate will have a degree-level qualification and at least 10 years of experience in contract management. They will possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills, as well as strong organizational abilities.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Contributing to the development of the Contract Strategy Plan and aligning it to client requirements
  • Procuring and tendering contract works packages
  • Ensuring contract documents are fully executed and returned to relevant parties
  • Managing contracts in accordance with project procedures, schedule, and deliverables
  • Ensuring contractors meet their contractual obligations
  • Generating payment certificates and reviewing payment reports
  • Overseeing the final account agreement and issuing final certificates
