Civil Design Engineer

Access Talent Group is partnering with a rapidly expanding consultancy in Dublin, Cork or Carlow to help them find a Civil Design Engineer for their growing Transportation and Traffic team.The successful candidate will work on multiple active travel projects.This forward-thinking company is recognized for its creative approach, providing a collaborative work culture, a wide range of project experiences, and excellent opportunities for career advancement.They prioritise skill development with comprehensive training programs and offer clear pathways for progression.Key Responsibilities:Lead the design and delivery of traffic and transportation infrastructure projects.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement sustainable and efficient solutions.Develop detailed engineering drawings, reports, and specifications.Ensure projects meet all relevant regulations and standards, including local authority guidelines.Conduct technical assessments, analyse traffic flow, and perform road safety audits.Assist project management in delivering projects on time and within budget.Requirements:A degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.Experience in civil design, especially in traffic and transportation projects.Proficiency in civil design software such as AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and MX Roads.Familiarity with traffic analysis tools like ARCADY, PICADY, and LINSIG is advantageous.Experience in active travel projects (e.g., cycling and pedestrian infrastructure) is preferred.Strong teamwork and communication skills.What's on Offer:Competitive salary and flexible working hours, 22 days of annual leave, opportunities for career development, accredited CPD programs with mentorship, a wellness initiative and an active sports and social club.This is an excellent opportunity for a Civil Design Engineer looking to enhance their career.Interested candidates can submit their CV to or call .#J-*****-Ljbffr
