OverviewSenior Project / Equipment Engineer role for a leading biotech company based in Dublin South.This is an initial 12-month contract.Role ResponsibilitiesProject management and execution of assigned projects including prioritization, resources management, status management and external communication.Collaborate with stakeholders to scope projects and ensure requirements are satisfied from concept through design, construction, commissioning and operation.Coordinate the introduction of new processes, equipment and materials, including problem solving and troubleshooting equipment issues prior to qualification and start-up.Develop and implement maintenance programs and spare parts inventory optimization with the introduction of new equipment.Translate strategic/emerging technology solutions into pragmatic executable plans.Develop and manage change controls.Participate as a member of multidisciplinary site and multisite teams.Develop detailed specifications, engineering documents, protocols and standard operating procedures.Collaborate within the Process Teams structure and contribute to Root Cause Investigations and Cross Functional Investigations.Work with System Owners, Maintenance Supervisors & Technicians, Capital Project Engineers and Vendors to perform equipment upgrades and/or retrofits.Perform tasks with due care and attention to ensure GMP and company requirements, policies and procedures are followed.Support a safe working environment by complying with environmental health/safety practices, rules and regulations.Skills RequiredBachelor's Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical or Chemical) or relevant experience.Typically 3+ years engineering experience, preferably in biotech/aseptic pharmaceutical environments or Automated Inspection and/or Automated Device Assembly.Strong mechanical capability with hands-on experience in a high-volume manufacturing environment (advantageous).Experience in a GDP compliant environment.Experience with MS Office, MS Project, Change Control & Document Management Systems.Proven ability to work cross-functionally, delivering technical solutions and implementing improvements.Technical report writing and communication/presentation skills.Interested candidates should submit an updated CV.Please click the link below to apply, call Kellie on or email with an up-to-date CV.Note: Our client cannot assist with visa sponsorship; candidates must have the correct visa to live and work in Ireland.Job DetailsSeniority level: Mid-Senior levelEmployment type: ContractJob function: Engineering/Project ManagementIndustry: Staffing and RecruitingReferrals increase your chances of interviewing at PE Global.#J-*****-Ljbffr
