Overview Senior Lead Project Engineers (Civil Engineering/Infrastructure & Power Systems) – Permanent & Full-Time, Dublin (Hybrid: 2 Days in Office, 3 Days Remote/WFH).

The Opportunity
Our client are now seeking Senior Lead Project Engineers to join their Infrastructure delivery teams – Connection Projects , Network Projects (Dublin/Ireland) , PMO and Offshore Delivery .
This is an exciting opportunity for a resilient and motivated individual who will work with the Infrastructure Delivery team to deliver key infrastructure projects for major companies. The role involves managing projects across their Entire Life Cycle – from project initiation through construction, commissioning and close, ensuring on-time delivery and governance/controls adherence.
Responsibilities
Deliver medium to large infrastructure projects to approved Schedule , Budget and Quality requirements.
Take ownership of projects across their Entire Life Cycle – initiation, construction, commissioning and close.
Collaborate with the Infrastructure Delivery team to deliver projects for major clients and support energy targets.
Attend site visits to existing and new substations and Transmission Circuit sites, while adhering to governance and safety requirements.
About you / Qualifications
Engineering degree or equivalent, typically with 6+ Years of relevant experience in the Power Industry .
Proven experience managing a portfolio of large-scale projects and delivering complex solutions .
Strong communication skills; ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical audiences and business leaders.
Ability to coach and develop high-performance capabilities in a changing environment.
Good understanding of stakeholder requirements and transmission system developments.
