Maternity Cover HR Generalist

IMMEDIATE START - IMMEDIATE START - IMMEDIATE START - IMMEDIATE START We have an opportunity for an HR Generalist (maternity cover) at our client's office in Dundalk, Ireland. We need someone who is energetic, has a "roll up your sleeves" attitude, thrives in a busy working environment and is a strong team player. You will partner with line management and the Global HR management team in: Providing high quality HR generalist support to the business units within the business. Working closely with stakeholders through employee engagement, talent management, performance management, and employee relation activities Reporting to the HR Manager EMEA, this role will be part of the EMEA HR team and will involve cross business responsibilities and/or projects. Responsibilities Work closely with Global Mobility providers for right to work visa requests, and international relocation support into England. Help design programs and initiatives designed to onboard new inductees into the Kaseya culture. Coach leaders on talent management, performance differentiation and link rewards and recognition to raise the performance bar; help embed a high performance culture. Drives and deploys Kaseya HR procedures and policies and compliance with all employment laws and regulations. Manages employee relation and legal issues, and serves as the investigative resource, coordinating with employment lawyer on all related issues. Drives procedures and policies in all areas involving HR systems and ensures that HR data standards are enforced Understand the business culture and employee mindset to assist leadership in balanced decision making Qualification Bachelors degree preferred 2+ years plus as an HR Generalist / HR Business Partner Proficient in managing performance and employee relations.
