Our client is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Operations Associate with
fluency in Mandarin and English
to join their team in Dublin City Centre South.
This role focuses on managing clearing transactions, business settlements, and operational processes within a financial services environment.
Role: Operations Associate (Mandarin Speaker)
Location: Dublin City Centre South
Key Responsibilities:
Process inward and outward clearing transactions, electronic payments, and settlements.
Work closely with front office, compliance, and operational teams to ensure timely transaction processing.
Resolve daily operational issues related to clearing services and maintain effective communication with internal teams.
Ensure compliance with regulatory standards by updating and adhering to procedural manuals.
Review and implement contingency procedures for clearing operations.
Oversee and manage the implementation of new services/products, ensuring smooth execution.
Participate in business continuity planning (BCP) drills and system enhancements.
Escalate and resolve operational issues, prepare incident reports, and recommend improvements.
Candidate Profile:
Bachelor's or master's degree in accounting, Finance, Economics, IT, or a related field.
Previous experience in the finance or banking industry is preferred.
Strong problem-solving, analytical, and organizational skills with a proactive approach.
IT proficiency, including experience with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Fluent in spoken and written English and Mandarin (essential).
Strong communication and report-writing skills.
