OverviewAnduril Industries is a defense technology company with a mission to transform U.S. and allied military capabilities with advanced technology.By bringing the expertise, technology, and business model of the 21st century's most innovative companies to the defense industry, Anduril is changing how military systems are designed, built and sold.Anduril's family of systems is powered by Lattice OS, an AI-powered operating system that turns thousands of data streams into a realtime, 3D command and control center.Anduril is committed to bringing cutting-edge autonomy, AI, computer vision, sensor fusion, and networking technology to the military in months, not years.About The TeamThe Voyager team in Anduril Industries is an engineering and design division with vast experience in developing innovative computing and communications solutions for the network edge.The team specializes in integrating enterprise networking capabilities from global IT leaders with purpose-built hardware and software platforms designed to meet market demands for the most stringent environmental requirements.RoleWe are seeking a Legal Executive to join our Legal & Compliance team in Dublin.This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional with experience supporting in-house legal teams or busy legal departments.Reporting to the General Counsel, this person will play a central role in ensuring the efficient administrative functioning of the legal and compliance function, while also owning certain repeatable legal processes end-to-end.Key ResponsibilitiesDraft, review, and manage standard-form legal documents, including:NDAsBailment AgreementsLetters of Authorization / Signature ConfirmationsCoordinate the execution process for contracts and other legal documents (physical and electronic signatures, DocuSign, etc.)Manage legal document storage and filing systems, ensuring version control and accessibilityMaintain the legal and compliance calendar:Track expiry and renewal of contracts, certificates, and filingsCoordinate regular compliance events (e.g. export filings, regulatory returns)Support basic export licensing processes:Maintain internal records of export classifications and licensesPrepare routine license applications under supervisionLiaise with other departments including Finance, Sales, and HR on various commercial and compliance mattersOrganise internal compliance and legal training sessions (scheduling, materials, tracking attendance)Support due diligence as neededAct as liaison with external counsel and service providers for routine mattersProvide administrative support to the General Counsel and Legal team as requiredQualification and Experience2 years plus experience in a legal executive, legal admin, or paralegal roleFamiliarity with legal processes and terminology (esp. commercial contracts, compliance)Highly organised and proactive with excellent attention to detailComfortable handling confidential informationProficient in Microsoft Office and contract management systemsBenefits and CompensationThe salary range for this role is an estimate based on a wide range of compensation factors, inclusive of base salary only.Actual salary offer may vary based on (but not limited to) work experience, education and/or training, critical skills, and/or business considerations.Highly competitive equity grants are included in the majority of full time offers;
