Construction Service Manager

What you will do
As the Construction and Service Manager for Silent-Aire EMEA, you will lead multidisciplinary teams delivering high-performance HVAC and mission-critical infrastructure solutions across data centres, hyper chip manufacturing facilities, and pharmaceutical environments.
This role demands a proactive leader with deep technical expertise, strong customer focus, and a commitment to safety and compliance in high-stakes, regulated industries.
How you will do it
Team Leadership & Project Execution
Lead and manage construction and service teams across multiple active sites.
Oversee project planning, execution, and delivery to ensure alignment with client expectations and contractual obligations.
Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
Conduct regular performance reviews and provide coaching and development opportunities.
Client Relationship Management
Serve as the primary point of contact for key clients, ensuring clear communication and alignment on project goals.
Translate customer requirements into actionable plans and ensure timely delivery.
Resolve escalations and proactively manage risks to maintain high customer satisfaction.
Safety & Compliance
Ensure all operations comply with local and international safety regulations, including ISO, GMP, and data centre standards.
Conduct regular site audits and safety briefings.
Champion a zero-incident safety culture and ensure all team members are trained and compliant.
Operational Excellence
Monitor KPIs across service and construction teams to drive efficiency and quality.
Implement lean practices and process improvements to optimize resource utilization.
Manage budgets, procurement, and subcontractor performance.
Technical Oversight
Provide technical guidance on HVAC systems, cleanroom environments, and critical infrastructure installations.
Collaborate with engineering and design teams to ensure constructability and serviceability of solutions.
Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies.
Travel
Occasional travel across EMEA for site visits, client meetings, and project oversight.
What we look for
Proven experience in construction and service management within data centre, semiconductor, or pharmaceutical sectors.
Strong understanding of HVAC systems, cleanroom standards, and mission-critical infrastructure.
Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Familiarity with safety standards such as ISO 45001, OSHA, and GMP.
Willingness to travel occasionally across EMEA.
