Salary: to €45k DOE
Benefits: Pension, Travel Tax Incentives, Bike to Work Scheme, Annual Bonus, generous Annual Leave.
Overall Package: up to €55k
The Role:
Welcome and assist clients with professionalism and warmth.
Manage a high volume of telephone calls effectively.
Coordinate internal meeting room bookings, including catering arrangements.
Book taxis as needed.
Notifying/Informing staff of any inbound post/couriers' packages etc.
Handle a range of administrative tasks and respond to queries promptly.
Order office supplies and keep inventory of stock
Arrange travel and accommodation as required.
The Candidate:
Previous experience working within a Legal environment is essential.
Is highly professional, reliable, and brings energy and focus to their work.
Thrives in a busy environment, with the ability to multitask, prioritise, and remain calm under pressure.
Is an engaging, confident communicator with strong interpersonal skills.
Is organised, proactive, and capable of working independently.
Has a minimum of two years' experience in a similar role.
Understands and values the importance of confidentiality in their role.
