ProSource are seeking a Site Manager on behalf of their client who are a reputable construction firm known for its expertise in delivering high-quality construction projects.
They are currently seeking a Site Manager to join their team on a residential project in Galway.
Job Description: As a Site Manager you will play a critical role in ensuring the project is completed on time, within budget, and in compliance with safety and quality standards.
Your main duties will include, but not be limited to; Oversee all aspects of the warehouse construction project, including planning, scheduling, and resource allocation.
Ensure that the project is executed efficiently and effectively, meeting or exceeding client expectations.
Collaborate with project stakeholders, including subcontractors, suppliers, and engineers, to ensure project success.
Implement and enforce safety protocols to maintain a safe work environment.
Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and quality, addressing any issues promptly.
Maintain accurate records of project progress, material usage, and costs.
Foster positive relationships with the project team and clients.
To be successful in your application you will possess the following; Proven experience as a Site Manager in the construction industry, with a strong background in commercial and warehouse projects.
In-depth knowledge of construction methods, regulations, and quality standards.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
Proficiency in construction management software is a plus.
Relevant construction qualifications and certifications.
