Our client, leads the way in delivering innovative, large-scale, high-quality commercial and residential construction projects.Dedicated to consistently delivering exceptional results that meet the needs of our clients while maintaining the highest standards of excellence is looking for a Site Manager for their project in Galway.What We Offer: Competitive salary.Local projects - work primarily in the West of Ireland/Midlands region, reducing travel time.Full-time, permanent role with career development opportunities.Funded CPD, training programmes, and structured career progression.Health cash plans, pension contributions, and employee wellbeing initiatives.Supportive and inclusive company culture.Role Responsibilities: Lead daily site operations, ensuring work is completed safely, on time, and within budget.Manage subcontractors, tradespeople, and suppliers on-site.Ensure compliance with Irish building regulations and Health & Safety standards.Monitor project progress and report regularly to senior management.Coordinate site meetings with clients, engineers, and design teams.Oversee quality control and maintain company standards on site.Key Requirements: Proven experience as a Site Manager, Site Foreman, or Construction Supervisor, ideally with a main contractor Strong understanding of Irish building regulations, BCAR and modern construction methods.Comfortable using IT Tools and construction management platforms.Ability to manage subcontractor packages effectively.Strong leadership, organisation, and communication skills.Ability to interpret construction drawings and specifications.INDWHC Skills: Attention to Detail Subcontractor Management Planning & Sequencing
