OverviewMechanical Project Manager – Location: Dublin.Salary: €75,000 – €85,000.Employment Type: Full-time / Permanent.A well-known mechanical services contractor is seeking a Mechanical Project Manager to lead the delivery of mechanical packages (HVAC, piping, plantrooms etc.) on commercial & industrial projects in the Dublin area.This role offers strong responsibility, leadership, and involvement in technically complex builds.ResponsibilitiesManage end-to-end mechanical project delivery: planning, procurement, installation, commissioningCoordinate and supervise subcontractors, site staff, and suppliers to ensure work is on time, on spec, and on budgetReview technical drawings & specifications and implement value engineering where neededEnsure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards on siteMonitor project costs, report progress, and manage resources & schedulesConduct site inspections, manage snagging, ensure smooth handoverRequirementsMechanical trade or engineering qualificationProven experience managing mechanical / HVAC projects in a project management roleStrong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skillsAbility to read and interpret mechanical / HVAC drawings & specificationsValid driver's licence and ability to work on siteWhat's on OfferSalary: €75,000 – €85,000 DOEPermanent role with long-term project pipelineOpportunity to manage technically challenging mechanical worksSupportive team environment with clear progression opportunitiesApply now in confidence by submitting your CV.#J-*****-Ljbffr
