This role is ideal for individuals with a passion for high quality food, customer care and maintaining the highest standards of presentation and safety. About the Role As a Fresh Food Creator, you will produce premium products using top quality ingredients and bespoke recipes. You will guide customers through the product range, create a warm and welcoming environment and ensure a consistently excellent in-store experience. You will also play an important part in maintaining stock, ensuring all food safety standards are met and supporting an abundant, visually appealing shop layout. Key Responsibilities * Producing exceptional food items using premium ingredients and following bespoke recipes * Delivering excellent customer service and confidently guiding customers through product options * Creating a welcoming and enticing environment that enhances the customer experience * Supporting the ordering, receiving and management of produce to maintain appropriate stock levels * Keeping all fresh produce and food preparation areas clean, tidy and well organised * Adhering to all HAACP and food safety regulations * Ensuring the shop appearance remains abundant, attractive and consistently welcoming Working Pattern Monday to Sunday, working any 5 days over 7 Hours between 6am and 9pm Shifts usually 8 hours Working week usually 40 hours Fresh Food Creator Benefits We can offer you a great package including: * Competitive rates of pay based on experience * Individual privilege discount scheme * Pension with generous employer contribution after qualifying period * Employee assistance program * Driving test incentive * Free uniforms * Long term development Skills: Customer Service Excellence Food Preparation Skills Attention to Detail Stock Management HAACP Compliance
