Client Accountant, Property, Dublin HybridDublin City CentrePermanentReference: 24384-SFClient Accountant – Property –Dublin City Centre The Company Our client is a market leader in the Real Estate Industry, seeking to appoint a Client Accountant in a customer-facing and varied role.
The Position:
The client accountant will be responsible for working on a number of key accounts and managing the relationships and financial reporting of these.
The main duties of the role will include:
Preparation of management accountsFinancial statement preparationBudgeting and forecastingPreparation and review of statutory and tax returnsEnsuring client compliance with other statutory/reporting obligationsImprovement of financial policies and proceduresOversight of Service Charge calculations and auditsValue-add projects for projectsRole will be a mix of working in the office and remotely.
