Vice President – Technical | Aircraft Leasing | DublinAn establishedglobal aircraft leasing companyis seeking aVice President – Technicalto join its Dublin-based Technical team.This is a senior opportunity for an experienced aviation professional to oversee the technical and asset management of a diverse portfolio of leased and financed aircraft worldwide.Key Responsibilities:Lead and manage aircraft delivery, transition, and redelivery projects (new and used aircraft)Support aircraft acquisitions, disposals, and technical due diligence for transactionsOversee lessee maintenance obligations, mid-lease audits, and maintenance reserve managementPrepare and review technical terms within lease documentation and transaction agreementsCollaborate closely with internal legal, finance, and marketing teams on aircraft transactionsLiaise with OEMs, MROs, and aviation authorities to ensure compliance and maintain technical standardsRepresent the company at industry meetings and conferencesIdeal Background:Degree in Aeronautical or Mechanical Engineering (or equivalent)Proven experience in aircraft or engine leasing, technical asset management, or airline engineeringStrong project management, negotiation, and analytical skillsExcellent stakeholder management and communication abilitiesConfident working in a dynamic, international environmentWillingness to travel as requiredLocation:??
