Our client, a global player in the aircraft leasing industry, is seeking aVice President or Senior Managerto join itsSales & Marketing team, with a focus on theEMEA region.This is a strategic and high-impact role, responsible for leading lease transactions and supporting the company's commercial growth across key markets, in line with global portfolio objectives.Key ResponsibilitiesOriginate, structure, negotiate, and execute complex, multi-jurisdictional aircraft lease transactions.Develop and drive targeted regional marketing and sales strategies to support long-term business goals.Oversee day-to-day sales and marketing operations, ensuring consistency with broader commercial strategy.Build and maintain a robust pipeline of new opportunities, including the placement of aircraft transitioning off lease.Design and implement a coordinated regional marketing programme, aligned with regional market dynamics.Prepare and deliver persuasive commercial proposals and develop pricing strategies for both existing and future lease products.Track and report on sales activity and performance, providing actionable insights to senior leadership.Cultivate and manage long-term relationships with key commercial airline clients across the region.Conduct ongoing market research and trend analysis to proactively identify new business opportunities.Lead business development and prospecting efforts to identify new lessees.Support end-to-end negotiation processes, from LOI through documentation to deal completion.Ideal Candidate ProfileExtensive experience inaircraft leasing, with a strong background in sales and marketing within theEMEA region.Proven track record in managing complex aircraft lease transactions and engaging with senior-level stakeholders.Deep commercial understanding of the aviation leasing market and strong negotiation skills.Excellent communication, presentation, andrelationship managementabilities.Strategic thinker with a proactive, hands-on approach and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.This is a unique opportunityto step into a commercially influential role within a top-tier leasing platform, offering strong exposure, global deal flow, and room for long-term career progression.For more details contact medirectlyon ****** or apply for the role and I'll be in touch.#J-*****-Ljbffr
