Senior Contracts Manager - Aircraft LeasingLe Meas Executive Search are delighted to partner with a start up aircraft leasing client as they expand their Dublin office.Reporting to Head of Operations, this role would suit an experienced contracts manager seeking a stand alone role.ResponsibilitiesWork closely with airline customers to develop and build on existing relationshipsManage lease agreements and requirementsManage preparation of marketing collateral for trading campaignsManage and prepare receivables information used in internal and external reportingAccountable for lease and portfolio lease informationWork with Deal Teams to drive receivables collection efforts in accordance with corporate policies and proceduresManage and oversee all letters of credit matters and drawdown documentation for a portfolio of airline customersManagement of ad-hoc requests from internal and external stakeholdersDesign & creation of a suite of reports which will be used by multiple functions across the businessAuthorise and issue invoices and credit notesManagement of the allocation of cash receiptsPrepare and manage AR metrics, analysis and presentation of receivablesManage compliance and AML reportingManagement of aged debt and its reportingRequirements5+ years contracts management / lease management experience in Aircraft LeasingSeniority levelAssociateEmployment typeFull-timeJob functionLegalIndustryLaw Practice and Legal Services#J-*****-Ljbffr
