Position

As part of our ongoing fleet and organisational expansion, we now have an opportunity for a Senior Manager reporting to the Head of Financial Operations & Contracts Management to develop a successful and rewarding career and gain significant exposure at all levels across the full breadth of the organisation.

Key Activities will include

- Deal team participation and support, including due diligence and draft contract review;
- Contract reviews, data capture and contract setup on the contract management system (Leasepoint);
- Management/Oversight of Lessee Insurances;
- Management/ overdue interest calculation and invoicing;
- Collection, debt service, security deposit and letters of credit management;
- Recharge and expenditure management;
- Contract milestone management;
- Manage a portfolio of contracts with airline customers;
- Preparation and review of Aircraft Purchase Price Calculations;
- Provide senior management with meaningful information/reports as requested;

Requirements

- ACA/ACCA desirable but not essential;
- Minimum 1-3 years experience in Aviation Leasing;
- Possess an ability to identify and communicate succinctly matters of importance to team members, senior management and other stakeholders;
- Have excellent team working abilities;
- Be an enthusiastic and strong communicator, highly organised and a self-starter;
- Previous experience within a Contracts Management or Finance Operations department is a distinct advantage but not essential.
