I'm currently working on a Legal Executive role within a leading commercial law firm.
This position is suited to someone with strong property experience who is looking to stay and grow in a long-term, stable role.
Responsibilities:
Managing property transaction documentation
Drafting and amending legal documents
Preparing and submitting Land Registry applications
Filing Stamp Duty returns via ROS
Supporting mortgage and loan procedures
Using Practice Evolve for file management and compliance
Preparing document bibles and data rooms
Requirements:
2+ years' experience in a legal executive role, property-focused
Not pursuing FE1 exams
Strong drafting and dictation skills
Familiarity with Land Direct and ROS
High level of attention to detail and organisation
Comfortable working in a high-volume legal environment
