PBN Litigation Solicitors are seeking to recruit a full time onsite Legal Executive for their busy practice in Dublin 2.
The Legal Executive will be working as part of a team in the litigation department.
The legal work will involve Personal Injury Litigation and Medical Negligence Litigation .
The candidate will be responsible for preparing Injuries Board Applications, briefing Counsel to draft proceedings, perfecting court proceedings and motions, drafting Replies to Particulars, dealing with discovery requests, setting cases down for trial.
Daily activities include drafting various legal documents, conducting legal research, and liaising with clients.
Requirements:
- Proficiency in law and legal advice
- Experience in case management systems
- Knowledge of Litigation Practice and Procedure
- Strong organisational and time-management skills
- 1+ years prior experience in a similar role is required
