Our client prides itself on the high standard of quality butcher products sold in their stores and is seeking an experienced butcher who is passionate about delivering good quality products to customers.
Responsibilities
De-boning, rolling and cutting meat
Advising customers on products
HACCP
Stock rotation
Stock ordering
Drive sales and analyse margins
Requirements
Minimum of 2 years\' experience as a Qualified Butcher
HACCP and food safety knowledge
Strong knife skills is a distinct advantage
