This well-known Irish brand are looking for a Talent Acquisition Business Partner with 5+ years experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruiting, or HR Business Partnering with a strong focus on hiring strategy .Youll partner closely with senior leaders and HR colleagues to deliver recruitment solutions that align with their business goals while continuously improving processes and driving innovation.
In this role, you wont just fill rolesyoull help them redefine how they attract and retain top talent.
Youll be empowered to identify gaps, streamline hiring processes, and support strategic workforce planning across the business.
Key Responsibilities Collaborate with business leaders and HR teams to understand current and future hiring needs Develop and implement tailored recruitment strategies with a focus on long-term talent planning Embed ED&I principles into every step of the recruitment process Identify and drive improvements in TA processes and candidate experience Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements in a high-governance environment Use data and insights to guide decision-making and demonstrate impact Build talent pipelines for critical roles and hard-to-fill areas It is expected you have a minimum 5 years of experience inhouse in Talent Acquisition or HR Business Partnering with a strong recruitment focus.
Demonstrated experience in a highly regulated environment would be an advantage.
A strategic mindsetyou see the bigger picture and anticipate talent needs before they arise with a proven ability to identify inefficiencies and deliver process improvements.
