
Orthopaedics Access Initiatives Lead, Grade Vi

Purpose of the Role The post holder will act as the lead for the management of insourcing and outsourcing initiatives and all associated co-ordination for both inpatient and outpatient initiatives.
The post holder will be responsible for the supervision of staff under your remit, including rostering staff in line with the needs of the service, and ensuring staff are properly trained to complete their duties.
Essential Criteria: Have at least 3 years relevant experience within a hospital setting with a minimum of one year at grade V level.
Have the managerial and administrative capacity to properly discharge the functions of the role.
Have a high level of organisational skills.
Have excellent knowledge of waiting list management and associated policies.
