SSA is recruiting Junior & Intermediate Quantity Surveyors on behalf of a Civils Contractor, for a data centre in the North Dublin / Meath area.
About the role:
Site based on a large-scale, multi-phase development with an approx.
2-year duration, reporting to the Commercial Manager.
Responsibilities include compiling variation claims, maintaining schedules, preparing CVR reports, cost forecasting, subcontractor procurement and negotiation, contractual correspondence with stakeholders, and more.
No prior data centre or civils experience required, but civils construction knowledge is advantageous.
Roles will be split between site and office, with 1 day per week working remotely.

Our client, an international Civil Engineering Contractor, has over 10 years of proven experience delivering complex projects for data centre developers across Ireland, Europe, and the UK.
What's on offer?
Very competitive salary (negotiable DOE)
Company vehicle + fuel card (no BIK)
CPD + further education support (paid SCSI fees)
Annual bonus (approx. 5-10%)
Position requirements:
Degree qualification in Quantity Surveying
2+ years post-graduate experience in a QS role
Civils construction experience preferred
A full, clean driving license (essential)
Valid working rights within Ireland
