Civil Quantity Surveyors (Junior & Intermediate) - Data Centre
  • Join our team to deliver complex projects for data centre developers across Ireland, Europe, and the UK.
  • Dublin based role with 1 day per week working remotely.

Responsibilities include:

  • Compiling variation claims
  • Maintaining schedules
  • Preparing CVR reports
  • Cost forecasting
  • Subcontractor procurement and negotiation
  • Contractual correspondence with stakeholders

No prior data centre or civils experience required but civils construction knowledge is advantageous.

We are seeking candidates with a Degree qualification in Quantity Surveying and 2+ years post-graduate experience in a QS role. A full clean driving license and valid working rights within Ireland are essential.
