Responsibilities
Lead and supervise a team, with responsibilities for supervising/managing a team and leading/chairing meetings.
Deliver support according to the person's PCP and care plan, placing the needs of the person supported at the centre of all activities.
Develop and manage team rota and ensure staffing covers care requirements.
Ensure compliance with current legislation and regulations relating to the Social Care Sector.
Qualifications
Qualification required: Social Care/Studies or relevant 3rd level qualification at degree level (e.g., Social Work, Psychology) or a relevant qualification recognised by NARIC as Irish level 8.
At least one year's recent experience as a Social Care Worker supporting people with complex needs.
Excellent communication skills in fluent English.
Full, manual driving licence.
