Role: Control Manager
The Control Manager oversees daily control operations within practice areas, ensuring adherence to best practices, corporate policies, and regulatory requirements.
Responsibilities include managing teams, implementing control frameworks, and leading risk assessments and testing.
Major Duties include:
Managing daily control team activities using risk identification and control tools.
Leading Global Risk & Control Self-Assessments (RCSAs) and highlighting key risks.
Directing control testing on high-risk areas, promoting automation where possible.
Documenting risk acceptance and monitoring control adherence.
Supporting control programs like Audit Remediation, ASL, ATP Standards.
Overseeing control reporting and metrics.
Building diverse, skilled teams and supporting talent development.
Representing the team at regional or local committees.
Knowledge & Experience:
Extensive operational risk management or control experience.
Experience managing teams across multiple jurisdictions.
