OverviewAs part of our continuing expansion, Conaty Food and Catering Supplies, one of Ireland's premier suppliers to the hospitality industry are seeking to recruit a Customer Service Advisor.This position involves working in a busy office environment, dealing with customer queries, taking customer orders and upselling to customers on the phone.Admin support for the sales team is also an important part of the role.ResponsibilitiesDeal with customer queries in a timely and professional mannerTake customer orders and upsell where appropriate on the phoneProvide administrative support to the sales teamQualifications and traitsPrevious experience in a similar role is requiredThe role ideally suits an outgoing person who is willing to work as part of a teamExcellent phone manner with fluent EnglishAble to work on own initiative and as part of a teamGood computer skills, in particular Microsoft Word and ExcelPossess excellent attention to detailHoursThe hours for this role are Monday to Friday from 9am to 6pm.BenefitsBike to work schemeEmployee discountOn-site parkingLocation and relocationBlanchardstown, CO.Dublin D11HD82: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)#J-*****-Ljbffr
