Responsibilities Be the go-to contact for internal stakeholders, supporting sales and operations teams with account queries and end-to-end order management. Oversee order workflows, ensuring accuracy in pricing, margins, and stock availability. Collaborate with sales and finance to align pricing strategies and support data-driven commercial decisions. Analyse customer and order data to identify upselling opportunities and drive profitability. Deliver timely and detailed quotations, pricing, and product information to aid commercial negotiations. Provide regular reporting on sales trends, pricing, and margin performance to help steer strategy. Use SAP to manage orders, maintain accurate records, and track inventory in real time. Resolve issues related to billing, pricing, and delivery by coordinating with key teams and escalating when needed. Champion process improvement initiatives that enhance efficiency across the order-to-cash cycle. Key Requirements Experience: 3–5 years in sales support, customer service, commercial operations, or a related role. Systems Knowledge: Comfortable working with ERP systems, SAP experience is a big plus Commercial Mindset: Strong understanding of pricing, margins, and the financial drivers behind successful sales. Collaborative & Communicative – You’re confident engaging across departments and levels. Adaptable & Proactive – You take initiative and thrive in fast-paced, ever-evolving environments.
