Role Description
We are seeking a full-time Python Developer for an on-site role in Cork.
The Python Developer will be responsible for designing, coding, and maintaining Python applications.
Daily tasks include writing reusable, testable, and efficient code, designing and implementing low-latency, high-availability, and performant applications, integrating user-facing elements developed by front-end developers with server-side logic, and troubleshooting and debugging applications.
The role involves collaboration with other engineers and developers to design APIs and improve existing software.
Qualifications
Proficiency in Python programming and relevant frameworks (e.g., Django, Flask)
Experience with integrating APIs and working with databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL)
Strong understanding of object-oriented programming and multithreading concepts
Knowledge of front-end technologies (e.g., JavaScript, HTML, CSS)
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Strong communication and teamwork abilities
Ability to work on-site in Cork
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
Experience in the healthcare industry is a plus
