Overview
Rhythm Careers is excited to be working with one of Ireland's leading architectural practices on a landmark development in Limerick.
We're looking for a highly skilled Site-Based Architect who thrives in fast-paced environments and wants to take a pivotal role in delivering a major large-scale project of real significance.
The position requires a permanent on-site presence, with additional support from the Cork office.
Responsibilities
Lead architectural coordination on-site, working closely with contractors and consultants.
Carry out inspections to ensure design quality and compliance.
Resolve technical queries and manage design issues as they arise.
Represent the practice at site and progress meetings.
About You / Qualifications
10+ years' professional experience, with strong technical and site delivery expertise.
Proficiency in Revit and BIM.
Strong knowledge of Irish building regulations.
Excellent organisational and communication skills.
