Overview

Rhythm Careers is excited to be working with one of Ireland's leading architectural practices on a landmark development in Limerick. We're looking for a highly skilled Site-Based Architect who thrives in fast-paced environments and wants to take a pivotal role in delivering a major large-scale project of real significance. The position requires a permanent on-site presence, with additional support from the Cork office.

Responsibilities
  • Lead architectural coordination on-site, working closely with contractors and consultants.
  • Carry out inspections to ensure design quality and compliance.
  • Resolve technical queries and manage design issues as they arise.
  • Represent the practice at site and progress meetings.
About You / Qualifications
  • 10+ years' professional experience, with strong technical and site delivery expertise.
  • Proficiency in Revit and BIM.
  • Strong knowledge of Irish building regulations.
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills.
