Our ideal candidate will: Be someone who is experienced, with at least 2 years proven experience, and who is passionate and enthusiastic about Sales & Marketing Love our brand as much as the Bathrooms4U Team do Be a proud Brand Ambassador for our brand, which we have worked so hard to create Have a genuine interest in Marketing and Sales Have a strong passion and drive to assist in pushing the Bathrooms4U brand and revenue further as we dream big Key Roles & Responsibilities Collaborate with colleagues and/or Senior Management to develop and execute tactical campaigns and promotional events Liaising with Senior Management to create and execute comprehensive marketing strategies tailored specifically for Bathrooms4U's renovations and retail sectors, with the goal of effectively reaching our target customers, enhancing our brand's reputation, driving footfall, and ultimately boosting revenue Collaborate closely with colleagues and a willingness to learn all inhouse marketing platforms Distinct advantage is having previously worked using HubSpot Take charge of overseeing the design and execution of both online and offline Sales & Marketing campaigns Collaborate with agencies as needed to enhance Sales & Marketing outcomes and achieve optimal results Facilitate effective communication and collaboration between all staff and/or management, manufacturers, and sales managers to develop budgets and marketing plans aligned with brand guidelines This collaborative approach ensures that our objectives are met while maintaining consistency with our brand guidelines and identity You must: Clearly be able to demonstrate a minimum of two years Sales and Marketing experience Have a proven portfolio of having worked on previous successful campaigns, preferably within the fields of home improvements, retail, or B2C sectors Have a proven record in planning, executing, and evaluating multiple campaigns simultaneously across various channels and media partners. Be able to demonstrate that you have an imaginative and creative eye, attention to detail, proof reading and design Able to embrace creativity and want our employees to be able to embrace their creativity in line with our brand and culture Be able to demonstrate an understanding of SEO, SEM, CMS, CRM, Lead Management, and eCommerce Be proficient in implementing effective SEO strategies and adherence to industry best practices, while also demonstrating exceptional copywriting abilities Have experience in the supervision of digital channel management, including Google and Social Media advertisements Have experience in Ezine, in email marketing, social media engagement, and re-targeting initative - Supervision of digital channel management, including Google and social media advertisements. Keen awareness of current trends The ideal candidate must be highly proficient in the use of all Microsoft Suite Applications while also having experience of additional marketing platforms Exceptional and highly proficient communication skills are an essential criteria, both written and verbal, with a strong emphasis on delivering high-quality work and meticulous attention to detail.
