Talbot Hotel Midleton, part of The Talbot Collection are recruiting for a part-time Leisure Club/Public Areas Cleaning Attendant to join our team.This is a part time position, working 5 mornings per week.The Talbot Collection are one of theBest Places to Work in Hospitality ****as awarded by the Great Place to Work.Come experience it for yourself and join our teamOverall Job Purpose:The ideal candidate will be responsible for keeping the Leisure Club facilities and public facilities in a neat and clean condition.Ensuring high quality 4* standards at all times to the set standard of the Talbot Collection.Responsible for promoting a positive, efficient, results driven and oriented working environment within the hotel.Role Specific Duties:To ensure the Leisure Club and all public areas are kept clean and tidy and maintained in a safe manner in accordance with the hotel health and safety guidelines.Ensure all carpets and floors are clean and tidy using caution signage when necessary, according to health and safety regulations as per SOP's.Dust and polish metalwork and furniture as per SOPs.Ensure all toilets, bathrooms and changing rooms are clean and restocked with toiletries as per SOPs.Have a comprehensive knowledge of the appropriate use of various cleaning materials and detergents and cleaning equipmentTo assist Guest in Public Areas when required.Ensure high standards of health and safety are always maintainedEnsure the storage areas are kept in a clean, tidy and safe conditionEnsure any faults or problems with equipment are reported to ManagementTo adhere to all Fire, Safety and Hygiene regulations and to comply with the Health and Safety at work act **** as detailed in your staff handbookThe successful candidate must have:Previous experience working in a 4* hotel is desirable but not essential;Good communication skills;Communicative level of English;Flexible and available to work weekends;What do we offer?One of theBest Places to Work in Hospitality ****as awarded by the Great Place WorkJoin a company and culture that put their team firstTraining and Development Opportunities - we invest in our peopleBeing part of a progressive & growing company.Contributory company pension scheme.(12 month service requirement);Company Life Insurance SchemeFree parkingComplimentary Talbot Fit MembershipStaff mealsFriends and Family Rates***Talbot Hotel Midleton is an equal opportunities employer***
