About the Role We are seeking a German-speaking Enterprise Sales Development Specialist to join our growing team in Dublin. This role is ideal for a motivated and ambitious individual eager to make an impact. You will play a crucial role in driving our clients' success by identifying, developing, and managing new business opportunities across the DACH region. Key Responsibilities Collaborate with enterprise sales teams to deliver tailored account strategies and pre-sales insights for cutting-edge solutions in AI, Cloud, and Cybersecurity. Ensure timely follow-up with prospects, maintaining excellent communication through phone, email, and chat. Research, identify, and nurture new business opportunities while reactivating dormant leads in the DACH region. Set high-quality appointments with qualified leads for enterprise sales teams. Maintain accurate records in the CRM, ensuring a healthy pipeline and lead funnel. Provide valuable market and customer insights based on your research and conversations. Achieve individual and team KPIs while continuously striving for improvement. What You'll Bring Fluent in German and English (spoken and written). Experience in B2B sales, particularly in enterprise environments, with skills in prospecting and objection handling. Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage senior stakeholders. Sales-savvy mindset with a proven ability to identify business opportunities within complex organisations. Organised, driven, and a collaborative team player with a thirst for learning.
