PE Global Recruitment are currently recruiting for an Estimating Co-Ordinator to join our client in Dublin.
This is a full time, permanent role based in Dublin.
The successful candidate will be working on hyperscale Data Centre projects.
It would be the ideal role for those with previous estimation experience and Doc Control.

The role:
We are pleased to announce that we are currently seeking an Estimating Co-Ordinator.
This position will be office-based in Ballymount, Dublin.
Reporting to the Estimating Lead.
Responsibilities
Document control for the Estimating & Proposals team, management of incoming transmittals and internal collaboration documents
Ensure that estimate documentation is notified/received by the relevant people involved in the tender across internal teams.
Manage the Tender documentation to ensure that all parties have access to the required documents as required, including drawings, schedules, specifications, contract letters, submittals, RFIs and reports
Maintain overall tender list in conjunction with the Estimating & Proposals Lead
Maintain and co-ordinate shared documentation across multiple teams in tender collaboration process.
Assist Estimators with issue of tender packs to sub-contractors & vendors
Maintain sub-contractor & vendor database and details
Maintain vigilance for the progress of requests for quotations and enquiries received from suppliers
Requirements
Prior experience in a similar pre-construction estimating role or a document control role
Experience of knowledge sharing applications is advantageous eg.
Viewpoint, BIM360 etc.
High level of IT skills, particularly in Microsoft Office Suite
Excellent organisation and interpersonal skills
High level of verbal and written English is essential
