Postdoctoral Researcher - Instrument development in allied health (psychometrics / applied statistics) – School of Health Sciences
Applications are invited from suitably qualified candidates for a full-time or part-time position as a post-doctoral researcher with the College of Medicine, Nursing & Health Sciences (Speech Language Therapy) at the University of Galway, Ireland.
This position is funded by the University of Galway and is available from September 1, 2025, to the contract end date of August 31, 2027 (if full-time) or August 31, 2029 (if part-time).
Salary:
Postdoctoral Researcher salary scale €46,305 - €59,063 per annum (subject to the project's funding limitations), pro rata for shorter and/or part-time contracts.
The default position for all new public sector appointments is the 1st point of the salary scale.
However, this may be reviewed and consideration may be afforded to appointment at a higher point on the pay scale (subject to evidence of prior years' equivalent experience), subject to the maximum of the scale.
Employment permit restrictions apply for this category of post.
