Job Description Our client, a sector agile, mid-market PE fund are currently looking to hire an Investment Manager to join their Dublin team.
In this role you will work closely with an industry leading team and play a key part in due diligence & execution of investments.
We are looking to speak to ACA/CFA qualified candidates with circa 5-7 yrs experience working in an investment or transaction based role.
Playing a key part in due diligence and the execution of investment opportunitiesParticipate in transactions across a variety of industriesCreate research-based industry reports to identify attractive areas of investment opportunity and competitive analysisCreating and presenting new investment opportunities and ideas along with participating in fund raising presentations and marketingLead the creation of financial statements, valuations, returns, and competitive ratiosEvaluate and monitor the ongoing performance of portfolio company investmentsTake lead on industry and competitive market researchRequirements5-10 years Investment Banking, Corporate Finance or Transaction experienceStrong transactional experience with multiple productsExceptional modeling and analytical skillsStrong communication and presentation skillBachelor's degree from a top-tier university with a strong GPAAbility to meet tight deadlinesBenefitsFor more information on the above position and to discuss the package on offer please contact Kevin Menton, in full confidence by mail at ******· Approx 6-7 years of total work experience within PE or Corporate Finance · Industry or hands-on operational and entrepreneurial experience also beneficial · Proactive attitude to acquire skillsets · Down to earth personality · Skilled at building rapport with various stakeholders
