Investment Manager – Private Equity (Real Estate Focus) | Dublin City Centre

HireForce is proud to partner with a leading private equity group in the search for an Investment Manager to join their high-performing team in Dublin City Centre. This firm boasts an institutional-grade operating model and an impressive track record of raising capital and delivering substantial returns to shareholders.

This is a unique opportunity to join a well-capitalized investment platform with a strategic focus on high-quality real estate assets and projects. You'll play a key role in identifying, evaluating, and managing investments, while also contributing to the ongoing development of a top-tier credit and investment team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead business development activities including impactful market engagement, relationship building, and identifying new investment opportunities.
  • Conduct detailed credit analysis for new investments, including financial modelling, valuation, and risk-return assessments.
  • Manage and monitor existing investments through ongoing project engagement, performance tracking, and covenant compliance.
  • Deliver concise and insightful credit memos and presentations to the Executive Team and Investment Committee.
  • Oversee transaction execution, including third-party due diligence, negotiation, documentation, and investment approvals.
  • Mentor and support junior team members, fostering a high-performance, collaborative culture.

Skills & Experience Required

  • Minimum of 4 years' experience in real estate investment, private equity, or a related financial role.
  • Advanced financial modelling skills in Excel.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to produce high-quality reports and presentations.
  • Excellent attention to detail with proven ability to manage multiple complex workstreams.
  • Commercially minded with a strong grasp of investment risk and opportunity assessment.
