LotusWorks is an Engineering Services provider specializing in managing Commissioning, Construction Services, Calibration, Operations & Maintenance scopes of work within global manufacturing facilities.LotusWorks operates globally across EMEA and North America partnering with the world's leading manufacturers across the Semiconductor, Pharmaceutical & Biologics, Medical Device and Data Centre sectors.Our team of Engineering and Technical professionals is immersed in cutting-edge technologies and innovations.LotusWorks is committed to a diverse and inclusive workplace, integral to our people-first approach.As a Calibration Technician working with the LotusWorks team, you will join our client site in the Pharmaceutical sector.This job is based in a new facility development in Grange Castle, Dublin.Working with the LotusWorks team as a Calibration Technician you will be responsible for the setup, calibration, and troubleshooting of process instrumentation such as temperature, pressure, flow, humidity, level, density, viscosity instrumentation, pH and conductivity analysers and control valves.Responsibilities:Carry out calibrations in a safe and timely manner.Maintain all documentation in an organised and controlled manner in compliance with GMP, FDA and Safety Procedures.Work with relevant SMEs as required facilitating calibration activities.Report work carried out in compliance with site-based reporting tools.To be available and to undertake any site required training.Update "PM" schedule as required .Execute Calibrations in a paper based environment.Update site system database as required.Any other duties or responsibilities that may be assigned to you in your role.Skills Required:Ideally at least 2 years industry experience.A good knowledge of Calibration Systems and Automation/Controls system .Literacy in Computer Operating Systems and applications such as Microsoft Windows, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint etc.Possess excellent Communication / Documentation and Interpersonal skills.Education / Licenses / Certifications:Level 6 Trade qualification E & I or Instrumentation OR Level 7 in Process and Controls Instrumentation.Proof of education, licenses, and certifications will be required where applicableLife AssurancePension ContributionTraining And Educational AssistanceAnnual GP Check-UpRecognition Rewards#INDHPLotusWorks is an equal opportunity employer and prohibits discrimination and harassment of any kind.We are committed to creating a diverse and inclusive workplace where all employees feel valued, respected, and empowered.#J-18808-Ljbffr
