OverviewCpl Healthcare in partnership with our client, a leading nursing home provider with nursing homes across Ireland, is currently recruiting experienced Healthcare Assistants who hold an EU passport ****** rule) for full-time positions across their nursing homes in South Dublin, Louth and Cork County.As a Healthcare Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting the physical and emotional well-being of our residents.You'll work closely with nurses and other healthcare professionals to deliver person-centred care and promote independence.RequirementsQQI Level 5 in Healthcare Support (or equivalent) – minimum of 2 modules completedPrevious experience in a care setting preferred but not essentialExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsCompassionate, patient, and reliableAbility to work as part of a team and independentlyFluent English (spoken and written)EU Passport in line with ***** ruleResponsibilitiesAssist residents with daily personal care including bathing, dressing, and toiletingSupport residents with mobility and mealtime assistanceMonitor and report changes in residents' health or behaviourMaintain accurate records and documentationPromote a safe and clean environmentProvide companionship and emotional supportCompetitive hourly rates - €***** - €***** per hour depending on experienceOngoing training and development opportunitiesFree uniforms provided & free meals on dutyBike to work scheme & Commuter Ticket SchemePension scheme & Life insurance and Income protectionEmployee wellness and assistance programsCareer progression within the groupExtra annual leave for long service#J-*****-Ljbffr
