Requirements
What You Bring
Proven experience as a Managing Director, CEO, or senior leader in automation or machine-building
Strong P&L management and board-level experience preferred but not required
Background in engineering (Mechanical/Electrical) — with deep technical and commercial understanding
Expertise in packaging machinery and end-of-line solutions
Track record of scaling teams and operations, ideally in export-oriented businesses
MBA or equivalent leadership training; Kaizen/CI methodologies preferred
