OverviewMake a real impact – help build a safer future with Sisk.Are you passionate about safety, people, and training excellence?Do you thrive on developing others and making workplaces safer through meaningful, engaging education?At Sisk, we are seeking an enthusiastic and experiencedHealth & Safety Trainerto join our dynamic Learning & Development and Health & Safety team.This is your opportunity to shape the safety culture of one of Ireland's leading construction companies by delivering high-impact, best-in-class training across diverse sites and teams.ResponsibilitiesDesign and deliverengaging, effective Health & Safety training, including industry-recognised courses (e.g. CITB SMSTS/SSSTS or equivalent).Coach and empoweremployees at all levels to adopt and uphold Sisk's health and safety values.Champion the use of theSisk Health & Safety Management System, ensuring it's understood and applied.Create afirst-class learning experience, online and in-person, to boost safety performance across the business.Collaborate closelywith Learning & Development and Health & Safety teams to develop and evolve training aligned with business needs.Manage training logistics, including scheduling, reporting, issuing certificates, and updating calendars.Regularlyevaluate and improvetraining effectiveness, keeping content relevant and legally compliant.ExperienceProvenexperience delivering safety trainingin the construction sector (minimum 5 years).Skilled inengaging, practical training delivery, using various formats including online (MS Teams).Expertise in courses such asCITB Site Safety Plus (SMSTS/SSSTS), and ideallyUKATA Asbestos Awarenessor similar.Strong proficiency inPowerPoint,Excel, and other digital tools for developing and delivering training.Excellentorganisation, communication, andinfluencing skills.A results-driven mindset with the ability toanalysetraining effectiveness and improve learning outcomes.QualificationsNEBOSH Certificatein Construction Health & Safety or equivalent.PTLLS,QQI Level 6 Train the Trainer, or equivalent instructional qualification.Eligible to work in Ireland without restriction.Additional qualifications such asTech IOSH,Grad IOSH, orInternal Auditorare a plus.Experience working withCITB/SOLASstandards and Central Learning & Development functions preferred.Additional InformationWhy Join Sisk?At Sisk, people are at the heart of everything we do.We offer more than just a job — we provide a platform for you to thrive, develop and make a lasting difference.You'll benefit from:Competitive salary (with annual reviews)Company car or car allowance26 days annual leave (plus option to purchase 5 more)Employer-contributedpension schemeTravel and mileage expensesFlexible and remote working opportunitiesEnhancedparental leaveOngoingprofessional and educational developmentReady to help us shape the future of safety in construction?Apply today and be part of a company where your passion for training can make a meaningful difference.#J-*****-Ljbffr
